Q: Penis Skin

Hi

The skin at the base omy penis seems to have changed, it appears alittle stretched...abit itchy and tears sometimes. It seems weaker...looks abit shiney....about 2 cm square.

Any ideas?

how old are you and have u recently been masterbating, cause that will stretch the foreskin. also sometimes when your foreskin stretches out its a sign that you get bigger when erect
