Are you circumcised? If so, your doctor might have removed too much sensitive tissue.

I think you should talk to a doctor about it. Doctors don't care if you masturbate. Often times, they encourage it...

First off, I started masturbating at age 15 and at first the feelings weren't very intense. Second off, try rubbing towards the head of the penis, instead of near the base.

How do you know when you finish if you dont feel anything? I know that before I hit puberty (Believe me, it took me awhile, late bloomer) that when I would masturbate, I would orgasm, but I wouldnt ejaculate. What I mean by that is that I could feel it, and it felt good, but no semen came out. After puberty though, orgasm was much more enjoyable, and I could ejaculate.
