I've barracaded myself, the baby, and the cat into rooms before because of wasps 
I have to grab the cat because she's trying to attack the wasp and I'm terrified she'll get stung! Or sometimes I'll get mega brave and grab a shoe and start swinging. I've darn near destroyed the blinds in our bedroom trying to kill a bee. 
If I saw a large spider I think I would soil myself.

lol, laura! well the spider is outside but if it was inside i don't know what i'd do. it's so big i know i couldn't kill it. i wanted nick to take down its web but he was all "why damage it? it's outside, just leave it alone."
i kill all flying stinging insects with lysol spray. thankfully finn's in his room playing so he's not out here in the line of fire.
