I wouldnt run but ask your doctor. Maybe fast walking would be ok. Actually walking is the best exercise and my doctor told me it is ok as long as I dont feel exausted from it. Now that the weather is starting to get really nice here. Im from michigan , ive been wanting to walk my dog. We both need some exercise lol. My bf's mom constantly gives her junk food. Salami, cookies, chips ect. It's terrible. She is still young and cant even climb the stairs well. What are you trying to do anyway? Burn fat? Tone up? Like I said I would just probably stick with pace walking. ~ erica.

Haha poor dog, you should make it walk more it can die that way. Im gonna stick to fast walking then because I do not want anything bad happen at all. Im just tryin to tone down so I can fit in my dress. Because my boobs got like bigger so im trying to squish them in too, lol. Ill just walk all kinds for right now

As far as running goes, nikki if you are used to running you can continue. My doctor always said you can continue your exercis regimine including running if that is what your used to doing. If you haven't really run on a regular basis I wouldn't start now. That will just be too much for your body to handle. Babies like that bouncing motion, it usually puts them to sleep.
