Why is it, as soon as I lay down one side of my nose blocks up. I can breath perfectly through one nostrel, but the other is blocked solid and feels under presure. It varys through the night which side is blocked maybe depending on which side I'm laying on. As soon as I go to sleep, I breath through my mouth, then when I wake its with a very dry mouth.
Is there any cure for this, I've had it as long as I can remember. Surprised

I have the same problem, and I also realised from my pictures I have a huge dent in my nose, making it point in one way. But is not noticeable to ppl and to me to until I saw my picture and thought OMG!

You need to see an ENT specialist and get a REAL PROPER NOSE EXAMINATION DONE, which involves puting a tube camera in your nostrils and pushed up.

A little light up the nose check will not do. I went to one ENT before and that is what he did, which was pathetic.

I think a new revolution should take place in the West and MASS CRITICISM AND PRESSURE SHOULD BE APPLIED TO doctors etc. It is unbelievable how many lack knowledge, I have encountered from an endocrinologist, a urologist, a gp and a ENT specialist.

All they see is money and cheap ways to cure peope. No medicine will cure you most likely, if you have been like this for a long time.

I bet by now you are coughing? This is because your forced to breathe in by the mouth rather than the blocked nose, causing, coughs, nose leakages etc I preaume. Do the breathing exercises and see a real ENT specialists.
