Hi, one years ago I had a large cyst and tested positive for CA125, surgery showed cyst was gone and no further testing was done.

Have spent the last two years or so, just not well. Over the past six months have gone down hill quickly. I have lost 30 pounds over the last year, and have no appetite. I was told it was depression/anxiety. Three to four days a week I am so tired I can barely move. I mean I can't get up to answer the phone. I needed to lay down in the grass during my son's football game.
During ovulation I have severe flu symptoms, confusion, turns into migraine, happens every time. I have been experiencing strange gassy feeling, bloating, fluctuating weight.

Low grade fever, last night I started bleeding a week before my period was due. Very heavy.

It seems every time I go in for a test, it is so often shows there is nothing wrong, I am so tired of not getting answers. My family is so tired of my being tired.

Don't I have some reason for concern? Who should I see, my gynocologist, my internist? Help

I'd keep pushing for something! Go see another doc if yours isn't helping you anymore or if she's ran out of ideas. This is not normal!!

A lot of what you described are symptoms of depression though- does that seem possible?

But the symptoms around the time of your period are concerning, and the fever, etc. I'd keep trying.
