Its okay to tan outside while ur preggie
right? Yesterday, I feel asleep in the
car and got sunburnt on my right arm and
the top of my right leg! It hurts! Lol,
I look retarted, b/c the other leg is just
white! Lmao, but I was wondering if its
okay, bc I want to start laying out in the
sun b/c its soo pretty here~

Well ive never heard of anything wrong wit
tanning outside while preggy. I always
see pregnant women walkin around in the
heat in bikini tops or on the beach... So
im sure theres nothin wrong wit it tan away! Lol

That is one reason why I am glad that I
amnot pregnant anymore, I am able to tan
in the beds. I am so burned though!!

Just be careful lol I read not to take hot
baths because your baby's body tempature
is 10 degress higher than ours and you
dont want to over heat the baby. Since
you obviously wouldnt lift your shirt to
tan your tummy, I would like maybe cover
up your tummy with something like a towel
or something just so alot of heat doesnt
hit it. And dont wear black or else your
asking for it lol. ~ erica

I think your arms are fine, just not your
belly. It blackens your strechmarks. My
sister told me about a lady who did that
and had them turn almost black! Hahaha oh
man I forgot about that book...
