I went in for my first consultation to see about getting a chin augmentation. I am 30 years old & have disliked my chin since I was a teenager. I was surprised when the doctor said that I would only need liposuction under my chin to remove the excess fat. I always thought that my problem was a small chin. I am thin, but I've started to carry more fat in my face as I've gotten older, due to genetics (my Mom too) However, after he took some pictures he could see that I did have a slightly unbalenced chin & he recommended both the implant plus liposuction. He also recommended buccal fat removal from my cheeks. I have never been concerned with my cheeks, while I have a round face I do not dislike my cheeks. He gave me a quote for all three procedures. I feel that I would look a lot better with the chin augmentation and liposuction but I'm not convinced that I should get the fat removed from my cheeks. I'm not sure if I should get all 3 procedures or just stick to getting my chin done.
