Q: Pregnancy Q And a

I just had a miscarriage 13 weeks age, and right now am pregnant with another and am 12 weeks along. Since the miscarriage I've have been scared of every little pain in my body. My question is thus, I have been cramping for the past 3 or four days, I saw the doctor and she said everything was fine. However she never really answered why I am cramping, I know a little is normal but at least onece a days for four days straight is not a little to me...or is it?

it may not be cramping it might be ligament streatching which is common around the end of the 1st trimester and to some women it feels like cramps

as long as you are not bleeding then you are most likely fine

You got pregnant a week after your miscarriage? Shocked

Ok, generally if you cramp but have no bleeding you should be fine, remember that the ligaments around your uterus are expanding quite rapidly now so aches are totally natural, I'm a little further along than you are but had cramping from around 10 weeks and it's nothing to worry about.

If you are very concerned see your doc and ask her to explain, they will understand your fears so don't be afraid to ask.

Best of luck
