Q: Normal Body Temperature?
asked by: fsb on September 24th, 2007

During the last few months I notice that I have a body temperature of 37,1C (98,8F) at the evening hours (4pm-8pm). In the morning it is normal. I've read many articles about the normal body temperature - some of them say it is up to 37C (98,6F), other say it is up to 37,2C (99F).
What is the truth and should I worry about my health?
Thanks a lot.

98.7 F is the regular temperature I hear.

97 F to 99.5 F is a normal range. If you are within that range then you are normal. Your temperature is supposed to change throughout the day.
