Q: Underactive thyroid or pregnancy symptoms?

I have low thyroids and every sign I get I wonder if it's because of my low thyroids. but my last period was late but it came and i've been feeling sick in the morning and now my nipples are so sore. I took a pregnacy test and it was negative. and it's to early for my period to come on again.

Your symptoms could also be pms or plain hormones. You would never get a positive test unless you have missed your period. So taking a test before your missed period is a waste.

Are you periods delayed sometimes because of our thyroid issue? Are you using birth control? Are you trying to get pregnant?

am trying for a baby

i have missed my period i fill sick all the time my boobs are sore i fill pregant as i have had 4 kids allready,i have done a few home pregnancy tests but say am not,i have a very low underactive thyroid.i have been to my gp and he said it would not show up on a pragnancy test coz my thyroid is so low i been taking 300g a day of my thyroid tablets i have never missed a period before apart from when i was pregant.is there a test i can do that will show up am preganat.
