Would you ever do it? Would you have it
done for purely cosmetic purposes?

Oh, I don't think so. I've never really
been disappointed in my body as I have
aged. Maybe this is more a women's
question with the pressure they feel to
look good.
I'm happy. Not movie-star good-looking,
but okay for me. Hey, those wrinkles come
with wisdom. So, unless I am
horribly disfigured in a car accident or
something, I'll pass.

If I had the money I would have my boobs
done. I wouldn't have them made any
bigger, just perked up a bit.

I'd only do it if I was horribly
disfigured by an accident lol.

I watch a lot of plastic surgery shows,
and boob jobs tend to look really goofy
afterwards... I'd rather just age
gracefully and look good for my age
instead of trying to be something i
wasn't.
but then again, if I was disfigured in an
accident... is there an echo in here?

I did had plastic surgery on my nose.
Totally love my new nose. I think it is
wrong if it is too many surgeries, if the
person is just too obsessed about looks or
if you get in debt to pay plastic surgery.
I had nose job so for me all I wanted was
to have my nose straight, just like I had
braces to have my teeth straight. I would
never consider a boob job or increasing my
calves, or taking my ribs out or anything
like that as that I think is over the
edge. I'm okay with face lifts, eye lifts
or anything to remove wrinkles so as long
as you can afford.

I don't see anything wrong with plastic
surgery as long as you're interviewed and
deemed a good candidate. There are
definitely some areas of my body I'm
unhappy with, but I don't think I would
take the surgery route.
Is it true that breast implants start to
look weird after 20-ish years?

I always wanted a boob job when i was
younger because i got boobs what seemed
like forever after everyone else but when
they came they made up for me waiting and
now if i was going to have my boobs done
it would be a reduction so i could go back
to about an e cup

No, never. Well, maybe if something awful
happened to me and I needed it, but not
for just cosmetic reasons.
I think it's damaging to society to make
women think they are always supposed to
look like their 20's... I internalize
things too much. Everyone is fine the way
they are!! I'm all for natural beauty.
I'm pretty idealistic though, maybe my
opinion will change when I actually start
aging.... lol

I am just so happy to have a body that
works, that does what i ask it to do
without much complaint. I feel so lucky
to be healthy. I guess that's why i don't
really care what i look like too much. I
try to look nice, put on a little eyeliner
every now and then and maybe even *gasp*
pick up my curling iron a few times a
year, but as far as aging goes, I say
bring it on. I am ready to accept whatever
gifts nature has to offer.
My five year old told me this morning how
beautiful I am and it just doesn't get
much better than that!

I wouldn't do it myself unless I really
needed it, like if I was disfigured or
anything. I don't see the point in people
like Pamela Anderson/Jordan who get so
much of it that they don't look real
anymore. But I do think it's acceptable
for someone who really needs it. I read
something about a girl with no chest at
all and she was actually starting to get
depressed about it for not feeling like a
woman, so she got a boob job. If that were
me, I think I'd make the same decision.

In general, no. I am more than my
physical appearance.
Of course, other people don't see it that
way. I recognize that society does base
their value of individuals on physical
appearance 98.99% of the time. If I was
horribly disfigured, and downright
disrespected because of that, I think I
would do something about it because that
is no way to go through life.

I have noted here in america this
obsession for big boobs..
I wouldn't have boob implant but if my
boobs were too big then I would do surgery
to reduce them..

I agree. I've got lovely perky little A
cups. The only reason I'd ever get breast
enlargement was if I had none, or if I
lost one due to breast cancer. Then I'd
get one placed in to make them the same
size again.

oh yes that is a given, if I loose one
booby to breast cancer I too would have
one implanted..

HAve had breast implants for almost 8
years. I did this as my own option for
having saggy breast feeding 42 year old
boobs. Also had the extra chin lips out so
I cna wear turtle necks now. I maintain my
130 lbs, size 10 jeans and have perky
normal looking saline boobs...no ripples
or deformaties and they look like MINE.
One you reach a certain age and look into
the mirror, and depression does not
help...you've lost a tremendous amount of
weight and want something to balance you
out.....thats why I opted for this. My own
damned business and they make me feel good
about myself.............its not like i
run around trying to get "jerry
Beads"...and I'd never do anyhthng to my
face...............Which could pass for 30
any ways.Thank you Mother for good genes!

saggy boobies is pretty sad looking so I
could understand why you wanted that done.
That's more terrible looking than no
boobs.
So you had like no chin then? I can't wear
turtlenecks, I feel like asfixiated with
them lol! I love how they look thought..
and btw your moma's gene weren't that good
if you needed this many surgeries..just
kidding..

Like I said, I might change my mind once
I'm not actually in my 20's.... lol
But I like my boobs, I'm a b cup. They are
big enough to have a little cleavage but
not so big I ever have to worry about them
popping out or doing anything dangerous.
Plus I look really hot in really low cut
shirts/dresses, and not slutty hot, just
hot.
