My husband has had night sweats for years but recently they are leaving Brown stains on the sheets, is it because of the heavy beer comsumtion he drinks - 2 litres a night

he needs to see a doctor
it could be so many things only a doctor would be able to tell you for sure

The beer consumption is very unhealthy! Cut back to a few cans a night at least, if not cut down to one or two!

Thank you for your response. Yes it is indeed very unhealthy, he also consumes anything from 2-6 tots of cane spirit similar to voda..do you think he is in denial that he is an alcoholic? he will not seek help and does not want to give up his habit that he's had for many years-am waiting for the liver to collapse! Barbara desperate cos he also has aggressive tendencies.thanks for response..like a gentle helping hand

Oh god yes he's clearly an alcoholic O.o A very bad one at that. Personally this isn't someone you should be married to, but decisions, changes, etc. I'd still leave, especially with violence thrown in. Violence and alcohol = dead bodies.
