possible you may are having a blood in your semen, most of the time this is painful, but if you masturbatories habits could traumatise the inner part of you penis and give you some blood in the semen, you should wait sometime a week or so and try to obtain semen again. Any difficulties urinating? like pain or waiting for the urine to come this could be prostatitis you need a rectal exam and a lab called PSA. I don't know your age but this should be done as a rutine in all males older than 40 on yearly basis...
