Both Top And Bottom Splints????? Posted: 09-24-07 10:39am
I was reading online about bite splints
for tmj and all of them said usually
either top OR bottom was used as
treatment. I have an appointment tomorrow
with my doctor to get both the top and
bottom. Has anyone ever heard of this?????

sometimes they do this. they dont have you
wear both at once. it may be that they
are making it so you can choose which one
you want to wear or they may be planing on
having you alternate it. top at night and
bottom during the day or vice versa. Make
sure that you talk about this with them so
you know the reasoning.

for most people? Mine is just over $2000,
is that normal??
