Q: Not Happy...

I know I've been making a lot of posts lately, so sorry about that.. but I'm genuinely concerned right now.

The last few days, Jenny's had a runny nose & at one point her temperature went up to 39°C (102°F) but came back down fairly quickly after I gave her some medicine. She's been sleeping a lot, she was sick twice & generally just hasn't been herself. Anyway, I thought she was getting better today.. but while I was feeding her a little while ago I noticed a rash on her hands. Well I checked her over & the rash is EVERYWHERE. It's like a small "pin-prick" rash, & my mum thinks she might have measles Sad

She's napping now but as soon as she wakes up I'm taking her to see the nurse. Even if it's not serious, it's still scary.. I don't want my baby to be ill Sad

Thanks girls.. I'll update you as soon as I know more.

I just realised it sensored the word pr*ck.. there's no such thing as a "pin-dork" rash Neutral

Ha Laughing I thought it was a way you say things there in the UK. Sorry

Well, the nurse was USELESS.

She actually googled Jenny's symptoms.. I mean come on, that's the first thing I did! & she didn't even think of measles.. I mentioned it & she went "oh yeah.. it could be" Shocked

I asked if she was ok to go to nursery & she said "yeah, probably". Argh. I'm not going to take her if she still has the rash tomorrow. If it's just a virus the rash will go away quickly, & if it's measles it'll last a few days.

I'm so annoyed.
