Avelox Or Avonex
Are you on Avelox or Avonex? Avelox is an anti-bacterial which I'm not sure will do much good for MS, Avonex is an interferon which can slow the progression of MS.

Anyway, assuming you ment Avonex no not much else, if you are having a relapse you can try IVSteroids that will give some releif, my doctor recently tried me on ACTH but I have been having a bear of a time getting it so not sure how good yet. She also tried me on Prednisone which was very effective in dealing with a relapse but as soon as I was off it the benifits went away, and being a steroid you can not be on it too long so thats a down side.

Dizziness and Sleepiness are both common with MS so don't be too woried by them, but you might want to look into a mobility aid if you are having problems getting around because of the dizziness, a cane or a walk to give you something to stabilize yourself might help.

MS is not fatal just a pain in the well everywhere really.

Thanx for the reply.
Yes ur right i'm on Avonex. Well i was taking steroids due to which my face looked as though there was swelling and so on doctors advice i've stopped it now.

These days i'm having severe leg pain and there are some strech marks on my leg as well. That's very true that MS is a pain everywhere.
