Q: Good Dmd In Boston?

Hi, I've seen the moderator reply to several with an offer to suggest a good dentist. I went to an "expert" and he used me as an experimental animal -- I now have 5 lower teeth, 4 of which have had recent root canals, one side having recent crown lengthening with the other side in need of it. One side has a plastic double temp crown and the other side has a plstic triple temp crown. They are huge, much larger than my original teeth, and with my strong jaw muscles I've now cracked the upper teeth.
I've had TMD for 25 years and although my condyles are flattened and discs are anteriorly displaced, discs and ligaments torn, I've kept it stable through lots of craniosacral body work (I recommend that highly). Then this prosthodontis professor got the idea to try this out for his own curiosity, and I'm in really bad shape. The disc has slipped more on the right (I went back to him 5 times to adjust it because the left side was too high, and he continually refused). Althogh I have a set of plastic molds for how my teeth were shaped before, one dentist told me nobody would be able to recreate how my teeth looked before.
I'm in really desperate shape. I need someone who understands TMJ and someone who is also an artist and can recreate my original bite. My teeth feel terrible every day, and I'm feeling the degradation of my joints on both sides. I narrowly escaped having a horrible kind of surgery when my surgeon 25 years ago who performed arthroscopic surgery wanted to take muscle from my temple and fashion a new disc. I pleaded with him not to do this unless it was absolutely necessary, and I woke up from surgery not having had that done. Sorry for all the verbiage. Please help, anyone who knows a great dentist in New England at least who understands TMJ and is great at creating a good bite. THANKS SO MUCH>
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
