Q: Negative Blood Test, Am I Pregnant?

So i had unprotected sex for about less than 10 seconds nd was stressing about it since that day. When my period was suppose to start i didnt get any signs of it and i started stressing even more. Now i am about a week late for my period. I took about 6 HPTs and all of them came out negative. I figured first 2 were too early but other 4 were when i was like 4-7 days late for my period. Today i went to a doctor and got blood test which came out negative too. I am having some abodminal pains especially in my right side Sad I dont know what to think. Other than that i have no pregnancy signs at all.
Also about 9 months ago i was in the hospital and they found a small cyst on my ovary, i never went to check that out. Could it be that the cyst is delaying my period or is it the stress? Please help me, i am only 16 and i really dont want to be pregnant.
My boyfriend thinks that im having an appendix but idk....
Please help me, am i pregnant?

If the blood test came out negative then you're not pregnant. You really should get the cyst checked out. That could have something to do with your missed period. My Mom use to get them all the time and it made her skip periods. It eventually got so bad she had to have a hysterectomy, so it's probably not something you want to ignore.

You got a blood test - on a saturday - and got the results in a single day? Dude, your doctor rocks!

You are not pregnant. I'm sure your doctor already told you that. And I'm sure he discussed with you the reasons you could have missed this months period. I'm also sure he talked to you about birth control, right?

Good.

You're not pregnant. The cyst and/or stress can be causing your delayed period. It could be possible with the cyst they found that you have PCOS; this often causes missed or irregular periods in women. The gynecologist can do some hormone tests to check if you have this; usually, going on the pill will help with PCOS irregularity, or if you don't want to take the pill, sometimes taking Metformin (insulin resistance is common with PCOS) can help some women with PCOS have more regular periods.

You Are Not Pregnant
I went through the exact same situation about 5 years ago (I am 30 now). I was very late for my period. I took many home pregnancy tests and even went to the doctor and had one done there. All were negative. I eventually got my period. The same exact thing happened a month or two later. The next time I went to the doctor for an exam I found out I had ovarian cysts which can make you skip periods. Your doctor can prescribe medicine to get rid of the ovarian cysts or put you on birth control pills which can also get rid of the ovarian cysts. On the flip side of that, I have off of pills for a few years now and no longer have problems. I would say that you should believe your doctor and the many home pregnancy tests - you are not pregnant.
