Group Health Insurance Suggestions

Our company works with about 5,000 to 10,000 people that either do not have insurance or they get it on there own. The group is made up of flight instructors and pilots that are in VERY good health so they would be a good group to offer health insurance to!

I am looking for suggestions on health insurance companies I could contact to try and create a group health insurance plan for them.

Again this would be a GREAT group to insure!

I believe you should approach a health insurance consultancy. Ones like Datahealth Consultancy are generally non-exorbitant. My boss had approached this company to start a company insurance scheme. They provided a number of clauses that seemed pretty attractive to him.

For example, they work on a commission-only basis. That is, their revenue is largely based on what the insurance companies pay them, rather than what the client has to pay them.

Another such scheme stated that a company could easily convert to a different insurer and yet retain the previous coverage. It might be better to visit their site or to contact them.

Always glad to give a suggestion!

I agree with Grace. It is always the best option to consult the professionals. There are many agencies of the sort in Britain, not just Datahealth Consultancy. Insurance brokers often have attractive schemes for group insurance companies. I suggest you try them out.

By the way, just note that those working on a commission-only basis often save a company lots of money. Whatever you do, don't compromise on the quality.
