My nurse said to wait a month before having unprotected sex. Well its been a month and 2 weeks but i'm spotting is it still safe to have unprotected sex or am I not covered cause i'm spotting?

What are you on?

If you've waited for more than a month, yes you are protected as long as you have been taking the pills (or whatever you're using) correctly.

Spotting is common, and can last for up to three months. Spotting does not mean that you aren't protected. You are fully protected.

I'm taking lutera. It just kinda worried me but then I read another post you had just made and it made me feel better. And yes i've taken them just as I was told.
