Hi!
Do you have vaginal discharge? What's the color of it? Do you feel unpleasant odor that has a strong fish-like smell? Are you experiencing burning sensation and itching usually when urinating? Do you feel soreness or tenderness of your private parts?
Are you sexually active?

Is the itching accompanied by any type of rush in your genital area? When is the itching most intensive? When did the symptoms start? Do you have some penile discharge? Your description sounds like you may have yeast infection. Yeast is a type of fungus and ideal place for yeast growth is warm and moist place, such as scrotum. Try to keep your genital parts clean and dry, wear loose-fitting clothing as much as possible, and use talcum powder or cornstarch to maintain dryness. You could also try one of the over-the-counter antifungal creams.
Best wishes!

Hi bakatsine!
There are three main reasons to feel itchy in your genital area. They are friction, fungus and two rather critters, pubic lice and scabies.
Friction or skin rubbing against skin generates heat and sweat and produces tender, red, itchy patches(physically active or obese are especially susceptible)
Due to intensive itching at night I think you may have your genitals infested with either pubic lice or scabies. The main symptom they're causing is itch that is getting worse at night.
Scabies are microscopic mites that burrow into the skin and infest not only the skin in genital area, but also at other body parts(waist, breasts, armpits, hands)
Pubic lice aren't microscopic. They are size of a full stop and are very visible. You can noticed them as tiny white, light brown or grayish flakes of skin, but they move or you can find oval eggs attached to your body hair. Sometimes their droppings can be seen as black dust on the underwear.
Any close contact with someone who's infested, it doesn't have to be sex, can give them to you(using the same bed linen, clothes, hairbrushes or towels)
After you are exposed to pubic lice or scabies, it may be 2 to 6 weeks before symptoms are evident. Itching and annoying is about all these lice and mites are and the treatment is very simple.

Best wishes!
Marija

Hi bakatsine!
I guess your itching together with locally changed skin(soreness and reddishness) is due to your skin irritation. The irritation can be caused by friction, detergents or soaps. if the irritation is removed, the itching will clear up on its own.
I'll share with you some helpful tips.
Wash your private parts well and change your underwear at least once a day. To clean your genital area use mild soaps and rinse well. Keep the genital area dry, because moisture can lead to infections. Using cornstarch powders can be helpful. Wear natural-fiber underwear and clothing(loose ones) and wash it with unscented laundry detergents.

Premature ejaculation usually is defined as ejaculating within two minutes or less of penetration ( you have stated in your previous post that you aren't sexually active)
It occurs when there is a lack of ejaculatory control and this usually happens during the first sexual encounters.
For how long you are experiencing this?

Does this problem occur in all sexual situations you usually have( masturbation or it only occurs during sexual encounters with another person )?
Do you often feel anxious about sexual performance and in general?
You have primary premature ejaculation if you've had the problem for as long as you've been sexually active.
