I have have lived in a hot climate my whole life and suffered... I practically lived in swimming pools, slept on tiled floors and night and wet my pyjamas just to cool down. Now I have moved to northern sweden - practically the arctic - and I thought I would freeze!! But no, even in temperatures like -7 or -8 im qute happy to walk around in a t - shirt! And I feel even warm then - meanwhile the swedish walk around with 2 jumpers, something on thier head and a jacket too! Peple have often commented that I feel warm. In sweden they say im not normal. What could be causing this?? Ive been like this my whole life... I really would love to know. Thier must be some explanation! Its like ive got built in anti - freeze or something. Im even getting the nickname "penguin"
help!!

I think you are doing just fine. Some people cannot withstand high tempratures, while others cant stand it low. It is good for you that u have moved to a place as cold as sweden, which will give you a relief from the problems of hot climate. Lucky!!

If atall you want to confirm, check your normal body temperature and maybe bp. A person with low blood pressure cannot generate enough energy inside the body to keep him warm, and tends to have a low body temperature, thus requiring external heat sources.

I say you are good.
