My ten year old son has small pimples all across his forehead. his skin is so sensitive i'm afraid to use anything on it for fear the use of any product will worsen the acne. I have had acne since I was his age, and my acne began the same way his acne is statring, small pim;es across the forehead. Throughout my childhood I had SEVERE acne. nothing I used seemed to help it, and over the years it simply got progressively worse. Even in my adult life (now 40 yrs old), I still have some acne scarring, and have some occassional breakouts. There is no way I want the same to happen to my son. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. Since almost any facial products and soap causes breakouts, he uses only water to wash his face until I can get him to a Dr., I don't have insurance so it may be a while befroe I can take him----aANY SUGGESTIONS ??????????????

Small Pimples On Forehead
all acne is caused from impurities in the blood. Dirty blood can be caused by a plugged and congested liver. A quick and inexpensive way with no side effects (other than possible temporary hiccups) is to use cayenne pills from a health food store. Usually run around $12 to $15 for 60 capsules. Cool cayenne also has ginger in it for easy digestion (no hiccups). The cayenne purifies the blood by heat up the impurities and burning them up. Even if you have ulcers it is very beneficial to them and actually heals them too! You shouldn't lie down right after taking these capsules just because they may feel like you have heartburn. If someone is having a heart attack and you put real cayenne under their tongue it should help stop the heart attack. Even though your son is only 10 it would be very beneficial for him with no side effects and will help him in the flu season. The way the body flushes out its impurities is through mucus, which will come through the nose, butt and urine. There is no discomfort from cayenne pills and they come in some different heat units (potency). They range anywhere from 15,000 - 100,000 htu. I can tell you from experience the heat sensation in the stomach is no different what amount of heat units the capsule has. You should notice your sons acne begin to clear in about a week. He could take 1-3 capsules throughout the day or all at once if he is doing 3. For external use to cleanse the skin and reset the acid/alkaline balance you could buy a small bottle of Apple Cider Vinegar with "mother" in it on a cotton ball every night before bed until it clears up. The apple cider vinegar must not be filtered. It must say "mother" on the bottle. The cobwebby looking stuff is theactual medicinal part of the vinegar. This ACV will run you about $3 to $6 a bottle. Just buy the smallest size to start.

Good Luck

Good health shouldn't cost hardly any money. That is just a pharmaceutical media hype to scare people. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER. Empower yourself and research what I have told you. You'll be amazed at how much Cayenne and Apple Cider Vinegar can do for so little money.

Take Care

topical acne treatment, even for adults
Dear Scared,
Its been a number of years since your post.. I'm wondering how you are doing. I had terrible, painful acne during my school years, I even had to redo my year book photo. I went through two courses of acutane and use to get cortizone shots for the really bad ones. People don't know what its like to have these huge boils. Nothing topical ever worked, until I found a creme last year that finally finally does all that those acne pads were suppose to. The main thing is that it slows the swelling, some pimples have almost gone away by the next day, and others maybe take two or three days, but most importantly it stops the pimple continuing to grow and hurt. I thought it might only work on my skin, but I gave some to my sister to use (age 33) and it works for her also. If you'd like to try some, please let me know. Its nice to suffer less, especially later in life. A receding hairline plus acne just didn't seem right.
