Tell clearly what type of piletes exercise you are doing. And per day day how many times you are doing. Are you doing any other exercise other than piletes?.

The stomach is very reactive to endocrine and circulatory stimulation. Exercise could surely affect digestion but it should improve your stomach function. It's possible the exercise is aggravating another condition. Is the pain lingering somewhat like a burn in the pit of your stomach?

I experienced the exact same thing today. I taught step class, drank a little water, then did pilates and halfway through Pilates I felt nauseous. It last all day long. Not sure if it was dehydration or what. Maybe i wasn't breathing properly. Who knows - but I know what you mean
