it only has semen if u've had sex before and didn't go urinate to push out the left over semen. when u have sex again and u havn't gone to urinate, your pre ejactulation will have semen in it.

The actual reason is this:

Semen is made by two substances: a liquid base, and sperm. They are mixed together before getting to the penis and then come out during ejaculation.

Some sperm can remain in the area where the sperm and liquid base are mixed together, so the next time you have precum, sperm is in it already, since pre-cum is the liquid base of semen.

Pre ejaculate isn't actually supposed to have semen, but sometimes it does have a small amount due to leftovers being in there.

That's why the pullout method doesn't work, regardless of if you pee to clean it out.

So which one is the real one, that it has because of past ejaculation leftovers or the mixing thing =S

Basically it's both because in men, everything comes out of the same tube, so there may be some leakage from some structure or another. And if you pee, that doesn't necessarily mean you'll get it out.
