I was investigating and I read that you have to wear the patches for 3 weeks and leave it for one... my question is:
Can you have sex during the week you don't wear the patch?

yes.

It's just like the placebo week of pills. You are still protected and you should get your period during that week. As long as you start on time again with the next one.
