basically..when i had my period two days ago, i went to the toilet to sort myself out, and noticed that a chunk of flesh had come out!! or...at least it really looked like it. this huge pinky-red thing. Confused i knew you can get like..big blood clot things..but this is just out of the ordinary. i hope i explained it well, took me a lot of courage to come on here and ask Embarassed , i was just wondering..has anyone experienced it , and is it normal? ( i doubt it tho)
please help, coz im scared that something is really wrong. Shocked

Sounds like it was just a bloodclot.... nothing to be ashamed of. Women have them all of the time... Do you wear tampons? You might want to start wearing pads for a while if you do... When you wear tampons the blood will pool up in there and then a clot will come out later. If that is not it.. I am 34 and i have a daughter that is 15, she has clots sometimes and I did to... If you are having them alot... you may need to go the doctor... to get it checked out... sometimes they will put you on the pill to help relieve it.

just remember that when youare having your period that you are shedding the wall and lining of your uterus. its not all blood like alot of peoplethink it has tissue and other stuff in it too so this clot could of just been a glob of tissue...
