Q: Rash With Mono: Over a Month?

I read all the posts about the rash thing with mono, some from amox and some from the virus.
What's odd is that most people are saying it goes away in a couple of days/weeks.

My girl has had it for almost two months now!!!!!!!!!
What the hell is going on?

BTW she took amox for a day or two but was ALREADY allergic to it because she is allergic to penacillin and the family and did not realize it.
But she is not on it and only took it for a few days... so why so long with the rash?
