Hi

I am a virgin so i'm not sure if this is an STD or STI or anything serious(unless you can get them without having sex), but for years now (It started before i got my period), i have had this white clear and sometimes cloudy or yellow discharge.
I thought it was normal as it started out not being so much but recently it has become incredibly annoying. It doesn't hurt it just "slips out" at the worst possible times and there's a lot of it too. It's like i have to wear a tampon all the time even when i'm not having a period! I really don't want to live like this anymore but i'm too shy and embarassed to go to a doctor or even tell my parents so i was hoping you'd give me some answers.

Thanx

You can't get a STD if your not having sex or contact with another persons genitals.
You shouldn't be embarassed to talk to a doctor about your issues.

discharge is normal. During your cycle, the levels and color/consistency of the discharge will change. It is nothing to worry about. Some women need to use a light pad at certain times when the discharge is really heavy, and that's ok.

IF however, the discharge is really smelly (you can smell it through clothes) or really discolored (white or off-white, slightly yellow is normal) then it could signify an infection (not necessarily an STD but any kind of infection) and you should see the doc.

Yes, as others have said, your amount and type of discharge will change throughout the month.
