Q: Mental Nausea?

Ever since I threw up a few months ago--I rarely do--I've been feeling sick quite often. I think it could be entirely mental, seeing as how I never do actually throw up. But I can never seem to convince myself of that at the time. I've also always had acid reflux, and I take Pepcid AC for that. Does anything in your body physically change after vomiting?

No, nothing should change so much that you'd be constantly nauseous afterwards.

It probably is mental, and those are the hardest things to work through.

I agree...most likely it's mental. I have a thing, like a fear of throwing up or something. Best to do something that takes your mind off of it. It can be hard, but if you find something you really enjoy it can make it go away Smile
