Hello,

The last 2 days I've been getting pains in my abdomen, shortly followed by the urge to visit the loo. When I do have a bowel movement it's extremely watery and dark, occasionally this is accompanied with severe stabbing pains in my abdomen.

I don't know if there is any relation but my joints ache, I feel hot and cold at the same time and have a head ache I can't shift (almost like I have the flu, but without any the other symptoms). I'm also feeling nauseous most of the time and am not able to eat much.

I plan to see how I feel tomorrow and make a doctors appointment if I do not feel any improvement, but was hoping someone might have an idea of what the problem could be.
