don't feel guilty! just try not to make a habit of it.
on sunday i had chocolate milk and cool ranch doritos for breakfast, a 3 cheese and tomato panini with pretzels and pepsi for lunch, and a hot dog for a snack. this was all while i was at work and i was only there from 10-5! then i went home and had dinner and snacks throughout the night.
yesterday i ate a chocolate cupcake within 2 minutes of getting out of bed.
i just had wendy's for lunch.
i need to take it easy if i'm going to fit into my dress!
