This goes for always, not just for your situation. It doesn't necessarily seem like you have a problem, you just need to think about it differently.
If you want to see someone about a problem, but you are too embarassed to tell your parents, there are always things you can do.
~ You can see your school counselor/psychologist/therapist/nurse. They are not required to tell your parents or anyone else for that matter unless your life or someone else's life is in immediate danger. They will keep your private matters private.
~ You can tell your parents that you have something wrong that you think you need help with, but not discuss the details of the problem. For example, if you think you have an std or something, just tell them you think there is something wrong down there and you should see a doc and you aren't comfortable with them coming in with you because you'll have your pants down. If it's a mental/emotional issue, just tell your parents that you're having a hard time dealing with some stuff and you want to talk to a professional. They will most likely do what you ask because they care, ultimately, about your health and well-being.
Don't let embarassment keep you from being healthy and happy.
That being said, if you still think you need to talk to someone about your fetish (and perhaps how to express it in a healthy way) a therapist would be able to help you with that.
