She never goes to the doctor when somethings wrong with her
I know most of the time when someone says "friends" its really them but its not, i go to the doctor when the smallest things wrong, i just worry alot.

okay so heres her problem:
1) alot of really white discharge
2) it smells .. (kind of fruity but not she said)
3) it doesn't itch or burn or sting

any ideas?
could it be from soap she washes with?

If it's clean white and doesn't smell terrible (and fruit is not my idea of terrible) then it doesn't sound like something to worry about. The only thing I could think of would be a yeast infection, but only a gynecologist can tell her that.

Yeah it could be a yeast infection, or a host of other infections.

You could try the scare tactic- untreated infections in the reproductive system can lead to pid which can lead to infertility.

Discharge, white or off-white is normal. And it usually has a smell to it. But if it smells really bad or you can smell it through her clothes (and really, not just her being paranoid) than she does need to go to a doc.
