I think there are some strip aerobics classes out there. I don't have the guts to take one myself (if there are any available in Louisiana at all) but maybe there are some in Penn?

i heard about those. A friend of mine took one and she said it worked her abs into perfect shape within a month.

YOu can buy a pole from a "spencers" or whatever. And you can get the Carmen Electra DVD online. YOu can prob burn it for free SOMEWHERE on the net!

I bought one of those dvd's of ebay super cheap! It looked good. I tried a couple times. Dh LOVED it. Me...not so much...maybe 10 pounds lighter. They have a whole workout, then she goes through like 4 routines. (Yep )

yeah limewire is icky. I use it only for music. all other files on there are virus filled.

i've never downloaded anything but music from it. but that's not the first time that i've heard that it's virus riddled.

Hopefully i'm getting a pole for Christmas! I want to tone my belly up, even though i'm a dress size smaller then i was befoer i got pregnant my belly still looks saggy so i just want to tighten the muscles a bit. I can only get it if i've moved out though because our ceilings are really weak because this house is 200 years old so i'd probs fall through the ceiling!
