I'd go see a doc- any time you are experiencing pain like that you need to see the doctor.

id put my money on a rash brother , just make sure you wash really good it should go away its deff not anything serious if its just on the surface or skin, as long as its not actually in your sack or anything shouldnt have anything to worry about

Go to the doctor!

Lumps in your testicles are just like lumps in a woman's breast- it's a warning sign for cancer. If you're ever concerned, you need to go to the doctor! Now, you probably don't have cancer, but you need to get checked out anyway.

Could you use medical terminology please? Instead of saying my scrotum, say scrotum. scrotum sounds very immature.

You need to go to the doctor, buddy. When describing this to the nurse, don't say scrotum either. Say scrotum, penis, anus. Not butt hole either.
