Q: Is Taking Spirulina Plus An Organic Multi-vitamin Bad For Me

Hello all.

I have been looking into the health effects of Spirulina and have become interested in taking one daily in pill form. However, I am currently taking Probiotic Nutrients' Men's one a day vitamin (the "all organic" multi vitamin as suggested by my girlfriend). My question is this: Will taking both do more harm than good? I have been researching this and I saw somewhere that too many vitamins can hurt the liver. Is this true? Will I be okay if I take both Spirulina and the organic multi-vitamin or should I stick to just one?

Thank you for any recommendations. Cheers!

Sprulina contain protein, iron, vitamins and mineral. Also very rich sorce for vitamin A. Its only vege that contain B12 which calms your nerves and stress. Reduce cholesterol and benefits the heart.
As for Multi-vit more like a supplement, everyday or every other day. Help you store energy in your body.
Both items contain some Vit-B or A, but they kind of do different things for you.
From my personal experience Multi-vitamin got aleast 36 formula or more in 1 tablet, so means each formula it's around.2mg.1mg..so your liver wont over load, even you take spirulina and multi-vit at the sametime.
