It sound like you're going through some hard times -- I think in France (where I have lived) it is different for young women and their self-perception. It will be hard for anyone to convince you about getting cosmetic work done since you have convinced yourself you need it no matter what. I would ask that you at least open a window to the possibility that you are, in fact, beautiful the way you were made. I would suggest you look at picture of Charlotte Gainsbourg -- she is beautiful and talented and a great icon in France.

Your face isn't done forming, as in you might grow into your nose. Make sure your estrogen levels are high if you want to be attractive.

Punch the bullies on the nose and see which one looks worse!

Seriously though it IS hard being bullied. You might want to tell your parents about the bullying or a counselor to help you cope with it. As Marc said you're still not yet done growing so you might even grow into it. If it really bothers you, and it seems that it does, ask your parents if they will allow you to have a nose job. You are probably more beautiful than you think you are and the bullying is simply getting to you. It's understandable. But holding off until you're feeling better about yourself is a good idea.
