Well, I got a call from the other place I interviewed for a while back. They offered me a job for $11.50 (60 cents less than what i'm making now but I will get a review in 3 months and more raises after that, plus advancement and other pluses.) If I stay here there is no more room for advancement and I only get one raise a year which means in 2 years *maybe* i'll be making $12.50. So I start the other place on Oct. 8th. So I may not be here much. Maybe once a day or every few days. I'll be getting a computer soon though!

No more Rodney after today actually. He is being let go. I had to call my boss in Cali and update him on everything and he was just *nto* happy that rodney was still here. He had no idea what had been going on. I guess putting in those write ups didn't matter because he never found out about them. SO i'm going to have to hire someone new, get them trained and then train who ever is taking over the managers position Confused too much work in 2 weeks.
