hey everyone, I'm an 18 year old male who walks occasionally and doesn't lead a very strenuous lifestyle. 2 days ago at work I felt a slight pain in the middle of my chest and a more concentrated smaller pain on the left side of my chest. The pain in the middle of my chest has gone away, but i still have the one over my heart. I am one of those ultra-paranoid people that immediatly get this kind of thing and assume it's heart disease or something. I don't know of this pain over my heart is actually a pain in my heart or if it's just in the area and I have nothing to worry about. I told my dad and he basically shrugged it off and told me I have nothing to worry about. He said I'm young and that rarely do people my age have heart problems. While I do agree with him, it's hard to believe it's nothing, when im feeling the pain (i'm sure many of you know this feeling). anyway, just wanted to hear wat u guys have to say. thx
