Q: No Period In 3 Months

I am an active 23 year old woman...I went off the pill recently and i have not had my period. I have taken several pregnancy tests and they are all negative. I read about black cohosh which is supposed to bring on your period and regulate your cycles. Does anyone know anything about it, or used it??

When you're on birth control, your uterus does not build up the usual lining it does during a normal cycle. If no lining is built up, then there is nothing to expel, so your body doesn't bother.
