I am looking for a cream or ointment. i get a terrible itch in my anus when i walk for even a few minutes.It is unbarable..i have to scratch..it is actually very funny..in an itchy way! i´m actually living in Spain and dont have doctor so any advice on exactly what cream i should use, vasiline, doesn´t help

PREPARATION H

They make creams for hemorroids.

Also, try witch hazel. It's like peroxide, but a little different.
My doc told me to use that when I was pregnant.
Cotton ball some of that on it. Helps the itching and pain.

Gel & Medicated Pads
My pharmacist recommended cooling gel, instead of cream. Also use medicated pads to relieve excess bacteria from area.

Buy yourself some motrin because if you do not treat this soon you will have more swelling and pain.
