My son is 20 yrs. old and he fell down 3 wks ago after work. He went to a local hospital and they treated him for heat stroke and my son kept insisting that they were wrong and something more serious was wrong. He discharged himself from the hospital and five days later I took him to another local hospital. He was diagnosed with four anneurysms and admitted into the ICU. We were told he needed the coiling surgery and he could not get that procedure there. After a lot of yelling and craziness my son was transported to a special hospital where he had three teams of doctors. One of his annuerysms was bleeding and he was on the verge of dying at any moment. My husband and I were relieved when they told us they were taking him into coiling surgery. We waited for four hours and I knew something was wrong. The doctors told us they failed and they were lucky they got the coil out. They kept him under anesthetic and on a breathing machine for the rest of the day and all that night. The next morning he was taken in for open surgery. Everyone was praying for him and our prayers were answered. Although his scar was brutal, all the way from his left ear over the top of his head. Just over midpoint. We brought him home and he seems to have some personality issues. He is easily aggitated and he requires a lot of attention. He also talks so much that he makes himself tired. If he doesn't get what he wants when he wants it he does whatever it takes to get it. He has never hit me but he has acted like he was going too. I don't know if these disorders will go away but they are hard to deal with and I could use a little help!
