if you are miscarrying then do not use a tampon just use some heavy flow tampons. Why do you think you are pregnant did you have unprotected sex? I think you should take the test if you are a month or 2 late with your period. In the clots you are passing is there anything that looks like it could be tissue. Would look kinda of grey in color. I am sorry you have been trying with out much luck. Do you keep track of you temp in the morning they say you ovulate when your body temp rises frist thing in the morning before you have even gotten out of bed. For the pain try a hot water bottle if you do not have one or a magic bag take a sports sock fill it with rice then seal the sock put in microwave for 3 minutes on high and there you have a heating pad to ease the muscles in your tmummy or lower back. Tomorrow you should go see your doctor and let her know that you think you miscarried she will need to do a blood test and send you for an ultra sound to see if everything expelled it self other wise the docotr will in to go in and preform a D/C which is where they clean out your utterus of all the matter it is not healthy to leave the old matter there.

only the doc will know for sure. Don't pay any attention to the literature out there. There are plenty of women who have been n the same boat like urself and had a healthy baby. Only time will let you know go to the doc.

i went through this im july and it could be but best not to use tampons and to go to th ER and get checked out
