Could be. My dad has lupus and bruises like a peach. He has had some bruises on him for years due to his low platelet count which is from his lupus. Your hubby probably needs to see a doc and have some bloodwork done. Make sure they do an ANA (anti-nuclear antibody) test which is the marker for lupus. The bruising and lack of energy could also be a result of any other number of things from anemia to clotting factor disorders to diabetes.
