Hello. Recently I have been having strange sensations in my lower legs below the knee. Sometimes, a random area on my lower legs will feel cold for a second or two. There is also some pain, but that fades too. I have perthes disease in my right hip (which is basically a form of arthritis). I'm wondering whether this could be down to some new shoes I got a week ago, since this has been going on for a week. Any help is appreciated.
