recently i have taken a preg test to find it neg.we have been trying and really thought that we were going to be expecting..went to the dr.. he said that when he did a manual check he felt something the size of a grape..he said it was just a cyst but i asked for a ultra sound..he said all he could see was my bladder, NO cyst.. my bladder was empty ..could he have mistaken my bladder for a baby?? it was bigger then my ovaries...he did do a blood test that came back neg..but hormones are fine.. I still have symptoms of pregnancy...i do go back to a different dr soon but i need alittle sanity..could i still have the possiblity of being pregnate??? Confused

honestly if you've gotten negative blood tests, ur not prego.

The docs know what they are talking about, hun. Trust them.

Keep trying... thats the fun part! ^_^

No doctor would mistake a bladder for a baby on ultrasound. I am sure they must have to have better skills than that to graduate from medical school; otherwise, that's no doctor I would be seeing Wink. Even I can tell the difference between a uterus with a gestational sac & a baby and a bladder on an u/s pic, and I'm not a doctor! And if the blood test was negative, it sounds like you're definitely not pregnant.

The doctor couldn't mistake your bladder for a baby, they look 100% different at any stage of development.

Sometimes women have symptoms. Pregnancy symptoms and pms symptoms (especially when we really want a baby) are very, very similar. That may be what you are experiencing. We can want a baby so bad, we give ourselves pregnancy symptoms.

Pregnancy for you is very unlikely since you have had negative home pregnancy tests, negative blood test and negative ultraound.

Please go back to your doctor to discusse why you haven't had your period yet if pregnancy is NOT the cause.
