Anxiety and 10 mg of Adderall XR Posted: 09-14-07 23:08pm
ok, in general, im very jittery and hyper.
i can maintain focus on convos except I
dont make eye contact when i speak with
ppl and i stutter constantly. I also tend
to worry way too much and think the worst
will come out of everything. but then i
took 10 mg of Adderall XR. Right after i
took it i felt less jittery, i can stand
still, and it was all calm and quiet in my
mind. It was also harder to multitask. I
also noticed that i didnt worry as much
and i was pretty happy instead of having
anxiety. On top of that, I had an easy
time talking to ppl and i didnt stutter
once...i was actually speaking clearly.But
later on, i had a headache and got sleepy.
So the question is...do i have
somthing...nd if i do...what do i do??????
