Yes, I also have this problem. It seems to
have come after my very first experience
with anxiety (though at the time I didn't
know it was anxiety, I thought that the
leg thing was due to my heart). I was
worrying about my heart and at night, and
only at night, did my leg start to act up.
I don't know about you, but it feels like
my leg goes numb or tingly at night, when
I'm lying in bed. It doesn't happen any
other time really.
Basically I started having this almost two
years ago and it's still with me. I don't
get it every night, but it does happen
quite often. I'm so used to it now that I
just kind of ignore it.
Tell me more about when you get it and how
you deal with it.
