Yes, I also have this problem. It seems to have come after my very first experience with anxiety (though at the time I didn't know it was anxiety, I thought that the leg thing was due to my heart). I was worrying about my heart and at night, and only at night, did my leg start to act up. I don't know about you, but it feels like my leg goes numb or tingly at night, when I'm lying in bed. It doesn't happen any other time really.

Basically I started having this almost two years ago and it's still with me. I don't get it every night, but it does happen quite often. I'm so used to it now that I just kind of ignore it.

Tell me more about when you get it and how you deal with it.

RLS right here.
I have Restless Leg Syndrome. I've had it for years. I'm only 19 and I've had it for 6 years since I was Freshman in high school. I may have had it sooner but not realized it. When I am doing something relaxing or even just laying in bed trying to sleep, my legs want to get up and run a marathon. It's like they have inexhaustible energy, even though the rest of my body is telling me to stop. I have pretty severe OCD and I'm pretty that my RLS is related to it. I don't know what to do about my RLS and it's really starting to interfere with my life.
